If you would like to
purchase a painting please email me at mario@zampedroni.com and include:
your name
your shipping address
your phone number
the ref. number and the title of the painting you wish to purchase
I will e-mail you back to
confirm the price and that the painting is still available for sale. Then you
can proceed to payment. If you choose to use a credit card I will e-mail you a
link to the secure server for the payment online.
I will accept PayPal (all
major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY CARD,
E-CHECKS), Money Orders, and Direct Bank Transfers.
My customers have an opportunity to return any picture if they are
not happy with their purchase.
Shipping, Handling & Insurance costs:
Items will be sent by FedEx, DHL, UPS, or similar.
Europe: 60,00 Euros
USA: 105,00 Euros
World: 180,00 Euros
These costs are for a single item. If your order includes more than one
painting, please consult me for a more convenient shipping cost quotation.
The buyer will pay the actual costs of any extra insurance and custom
taxes (if any).

PayPal automatically encrypts your
confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol
(SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially
available).
I GUARANTEE all the pictures to be exactly as they are
illustrated and described. I aim to give as accurate description of items as
possible. However, we are all human and all make mistakes. If you find any
discrepancies in the item description, please do tell me immediately.
ITEM RETURN
* Before the return of the picture you must inform me by e-mail or fax about
the intended return.
* The item should be posted back to me within 10 days after date you
have received it. A refund will follow in 3 business days after I got the
item.
* Items damaged in the post: please acquire a proof of damage from a
relevant post office and include all the original packaging when sending the
item back.
* All the returned items should be in the same condition as shipped and
packed in the same packaging material as original using equivalent courier
service (i. e., if the item sent by FedEX, it should be returned to us by
FedEx, or UPS, or similar).
* I regret that I am unable to reimburse shipping & package
cost.
